The property industry is changing constantly and we face new challenges daily. On 1st June 2007 the National Credit Act (NCA) will come into force and substantially change the way the conveyancing process works. Despite increased property transactions and additional legislative impediments the conveyancing industry is still expected to offer superior service, reduced times to registration and accurate reporting.
In order to assist you to meet these challenges we would like to invite you to join us for an update on the National Credit Act and the consequent changes to the bank milestones. We will also introduce you to the new GhostConvey Developments Module as well as the Attorney Gateway for FNB.

Why do I get the following error when trying to run the 8.4.7 update and how do I correct it?
First run 8.4.5 and thereafter 8.4.7 (only ABSA CPF panel attorney's were required to do the 8.4.5 update originally).

Windeed map searches
Our new map searches in WinDeed are a huge hit out in the market place so please pass on the info to any of your Estate Agent contacts to make sure they have access to the program, especially as the software is free, support and training is free and they only pay for the searches they do on WinDeed.
